Taste is as equally important as design and so I have curated a seasonal wedding sample menu to create an all immersive experience on your wedding day.

I pride myself in the homemade charm of baking my cakes from scratch using only the best organic, fair-trade and free-range ingredients. 

I am more than happy to mix and match any flavour combinations and am always open-minded about new flavour experiments and suggestions, if you have your own ideas, let me know.

SPRING

Vanilla
Vanilla bean sponge layered with raspberry jam and Madagascan vanilla buttercream.

White Chocolate and Raspberry
White chocolate sponge with fresh raspberries layered with raspberry jam and white chocolate buttercream.

Lemon Drizzle
Lemon zest sponge drizzled with fresh lemon syrup and layered with lemon curd buttercream.

Lemon and Elderflower
Lemon sponge laced with elderflower and layered with lemon curd and elderflower buttercream.

 

SUMMER

Orange and Passionfruit
Orange zest sponge layered with mango and passionfruit coulis and a passionfruit buttercream.

Daiquiri vibe Strawberry and Lime
Lime zest sponge layered with strawberry jam and a strawberry and rum buttercream.

Pink Champagne
Pink champagne sponge layered with strawberry jam and pink champagne buttercream.

 Coconut dream
Chocolate sponge layered with a coconut buttercream and raspberry jam.

 

AUTUMN

Chocolate and Guinness
Stouty, rich chocolate sponge laced with Guinness syrup and layered with Madagascan vanilla buttercream.

Salted Caramel
Brown sugar sponge layered with salted caramel sauce and salted caramel buttercream. 

Carrot with Sultanas and Walnuts
Moist carrot cake jewelled with sultanas and walnuts layered with cream cheese buttercream.

Spiced Apple Cider
Warming spiced apple sponge laced with cider syrup and layered with stewed apple and Madagascan vanilla buttercream.

Red Velvet
Rich red velvet chocolate sponge with a cream cheese buttercream.

Double Chocolate
Indulgent chocolate sponge layered with chocolate buttercream.

Gingerbread
Spiced gingerbread sponge layered with pear compote and Madagascan vanilla buttercream.

Black Forest
Indulgent chocolate sponge layered with vanilla buttercream and black cherry compote.
